Additionally, Gusto offers a 30-day free trial which is an excellent feature if you’ve never worked with HR platforms full time. What’s more, Gusto offers more 401k options than Justworks.

Overall, Gusto is a great choice for companies that already have an HR service team but only need a payroll platform, while Justworks is a complete replacement of the HR department.

Justworks is a company with an excellent reputation, which can be confirmed by its Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating of A+. The company is accredited by the Employer Services Assurance Corporation, which suggests quality and credibility.
